Customers can exchange products that they have not used within 7 working days from the day of receiving them. This is conditional that products are have not been used and that they are returned in their original packaging, where the package is also not damaged.
Lily’s Home reserves the right to reject processing an Exchange Request should the condition of the product or the packaging is worn out. The Exchange Request will be processed if we are satisfied with the condition of the product and the package. A replacement can be sent upon approval.
The approval of a Return Request is subject to the same conditions to those of the Exchange Request. Should a Return Request be approved, you will be notified for reversal of the transaction once completed.
