Delivery Policy

  1. Lily’s Home cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, delivery will be liaised with a third party (shipment partners), and this third party will take over following up with you until the delivery is finally made.
  2. Once any order has been dispatched by our shipment partners, Lily’s Home has no liability for items which are now in the possession with this third party.
